Day- of coordination is designed for clients who have already planned their event but want a professional to oversee the final details and manage the day. Partial planning provides guidance and support throughout the planning process while allowing the client to remain involved. Full Planning offers comprehensive support from the initial planning stages through the execution of the event.

Yes. Vendor coordination is am important part of ensuring an event runs smoothly. Anchored Moments communicated with vendors leading up to event, confirms arrival times, and manages vendor logistics on the event day to ensure everything is aligned.

Events can sometimes present unexpected challenges, which is why contingency planning is part of our planning process. Anchored Moments prepares for potential issues and works behind the scenes to resolve them quickly so the celebration continues without disruption.

Yes. Anchored Moments serves Houston and the surrounding areas. Travel outside of the immediate service area can be discussed during the planning process and might require additional fees.

Yes. Anchored Moments will be present to oversee the event timeline, coordinate vendors, manage logistics, and ensure the event flows smoothly.
